Privacy Policy

Last updated September 2, 2026

This policy describes how Vigilocity, LLC (“Vigilocity”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through vigilocity.com (the “Site”). It covers the Site only. The Mythic platform, our data feeds, and our API are provided to customers under separate agreements, and information handled within them is governed by those agreements.

What we collect

Information you provide. When you request a briefing or contact us through the Site, we collect the information you submit: your name, work email address, organization, and the contents of your message. The Site has no user accounts and collects no payment information.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site’s infrastructure processes technical data about each visit, including IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and the pages viewed. Our hosting provider processes this data to deliver the Site and to protect it from abuse.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the Site is used. These services set cookies and collect usage data such as pages visited, time on page, approximate location derived from IP address, and interaction patterns, including session replays in the case of Clarity. We use this information in aggregate to improve the Site.

How we use it

We use the information described above to respond to your inquiries, provide requested materials, operate and secure the Site, understand how the Site is used, and improve it. If you ask about our products, we may follow up with you about that inquiry. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

How we share it

We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate the Site and our business: our hosting and content delivery provider (Cloudflare), our analytics providers (Google and Microsoft), and our business email provider (Google Workspace). Each processes information on our behalf and under its own contractual obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

Cookies

The Site uses cookies set by our analytics providers. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the Site remains fully usable without them. Google also offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics across all sites.

Retention

We retain inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any relationship that follows from it. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the services above. We keep personal information no longer than necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of it, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Residents of California and certain other US states have analogous rights under their state privacy laws, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law.

International visitors

Vigilocity is based in the United States and the Site is served from infrastructure there and worldwide. If you visit from outside the United States, the information described in this policy is processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

Children

The Site is intended for a professional audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The date at the top reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be noted on the Site.

Contact

Questions about this policy, or requests concerning your personal information, should be submitted through the contact form. We respond within one business day.
